Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all accessories like shoe horns, dust bags, and extra laces are included to avoid restocking fees.

Securely pack the box and ship it to our workshop using a trackable courier service; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans verify the condition of the footwear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5 to 7 business days.
