We recommend referring to our detailed size guide which includes measurements in centimeters. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we generally suggest ordering your standard UK size, but you can contact our specialists for a personalized fit assessment.
What is the typical lead time for Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs?
Our master shoemakers take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to hand-last and finish your custom pair. This ensures the leather sets perfectly and the construction meets our rigorous quality standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our footwear globally via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welt or Blake Stitch construction, which allows for multiple resolings over the years, significantly extending the lifespan of your investment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
